Chelsea

Chelsea is a seasoned assassin working for the Revolutionary Army, having successfully carried out countless missions. She was the sole survivor of the section of Night Raid that was stationed outside of the capital who were destroyed by Esdeath's Three Beasts warriors and joined the section of Night Raid led by Najenda afterwards. While she is somewhat aloof and carefree when not on the job, she is also extremely objective and is often quite blunt when voicing her opinions. Despite her nature, she becomes attracted to Tatsumi, admiring his resolve.[ch. 28] Her Teigu, "Phantasmagoria: Gaea Foundation" is a cosmetics box that allows her to change her physical appearance at will.This allows her to get within arms reach of her targets where she uses acupuncture needles to stab her targets in vital locations. After ambushing and killing Bols, she tries to kill Kurome in the same way, but it fails as Kurome survives to the puncture inflicted by her and then she is brutally killed by Kurome's two last corpse puppets. Her Teigu was apparently destroyed. Her decapitated head was placed in the town square in order to hurt Night Raid's morale.
